friendly host perfect location excellent breakfast
wendy is a VERY friendly host. the location is perfect for the pleasure beach. the promenade is close by too. breakfast was excellent and really filling.
the room was a little noisy during the night, I could hear footsteps.

The private, gated parking provided a secure and convenient space for my vehicle. the location was superb. The tram stop was just a short walk. the staff was very friendly. the lounge's bar facilities were also quite a nice touch, especially after a long day.
the payment system was a little confusing at first, requiring nightly payments for breakfast, a bit inconvenient. simplifying this process could .

thin walls cramped room
The room was small. i could hear everything through the walls, even conversations. also, the shower had low pressure. the advertised family room felt cramped with a bunk bed pushed against the wall and hardly any space for a cot. I even consider it a fire safety hazard, very frustrating.

clean room comfortable room great facilities
I stayed in a very clean, comfortable double room. All facilities met my needs perfectly. The room had a great size, I found it great value for money. I would certainly stay there again.
The shower was a refreshing freezing cold, it was disappointing.

The attendant lady is so nice, friendly, helpful and so calm. Wendy, the host, was an absolute pleasure and could not do enough to help guests. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were really clean, this included the whole hotel. The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. Room 2 is a lovely double with a bay window, it has views of the sea.

The hotel food was amazing, very tasteful. Breakfast each morning was spot on. The environment is superb, it is clean and well-kept. the hotel amenities met my expectations.
